The flexibility within Microvellum Toolbox makes creating custom, one-of-a-kind products simple. Create new products from scratch or modify existing products and save them as new library items. Microvellum product libraries come with complete part component items such as cabinet carcasses, drawer inserts, dividers, and other miscellaneous parts that make building a that "one-off" easy.

Built-in Order Entry
Microvellum Toolbox allow you to quickly build a job using order entry simply drag and drop products onto your product list. You can access product variables and change materials for multiple products on the fly. Cutlists for any product in your product list can be viewed or edited instantly.

Unlimited Reporting Capabilities
Microvellum Toolbox allows for unlimited project reporting enabling you to visualize and deliver accurate reports for your projects. Use the built-in .NET reporting engine or Crystal Reports to customize existing or create new reports that connect directly to Microvellum's manufacturing databases. The system comes with a set of standard reports that include product detail, master take-off, product summary, sheet stock, job reports and more.

Photo-Realistic Rendering
Using AutoCAD as the design engine, Microvellum Toolbox provides professional photo-realistic presentation renderings. The Cabinet Maker interface within Toolbox allows you control over lighting, and gives you the ability to add room components such as furniture, appliances, and fixtures. Microvellum Toolbox will truly bring life to any of your projects.

Real-time Product Sections
Since all product sections are linked to the parent product, when changes are made to the parent product the section view is automatically updated. This eliminates the need to make changes more than once.

Machine Ready 2D Shop Drawings
Since two dimensional shop drawings created in Microvellum contain all the information needed or manufacturing, you are guaranteed to save valuable time and resources.

Instantly Change Construction Methods
Microvellum Toolbox allows you the flexibility to have multiple construction methods within the same product library. This feature gives you control over cabinet construction globally at a job level or on a per product basis within your job.

Associative Machining
Microvellum's patent pending Associative Machining process allows you to place hardware on your part, and the machining is transferred automatically. When parts containing machining operations touch other panels within your product, the appropriate machining is applied to one or both panels.

Built-in CAD/CAM
Microvellum Toolbox comes with a basic CAD/CAM interface, allowing you draw single parts, add machining, create nests of single parts, and generate direct machine g-code. Create parts from user defined part macros or import existing geometry to assign machining.
