The employee schedule area allows management to enter scheduling details relating to specific employees. These details will then be used during the capacity planning process and work orders.








Time Clock
The MicroManager Time Clock system allows all your employees can clock in and out of work. The Time clock can also be used to log in and out of specific work stations in the shop, allowing you track your shops productivity. This system enables you to completely replace your existing manual time card machines, and generate accurate reports for employee records.







Day Planner
The Day Planner is designed to allow each user to enter & maintain their own schedule and appointment information. This information is secure & specific to each individual user.








Business Reports
The business reports area is designed for the storage & display of reports relating to overall business management. Report examples- listing all employees or other contacts & information related to those contacts, or reports showing statistical management type information.







Document Management
Document management is designed to assist in organizing, maintaining & viewing all documents required for business & production management. Documents can be easily attached to any of the objects within the system such as companies, employees, materials, projects & parts. Attaching a document - done by selecting it from your file structure, or by scanning in paper documents. Once a document is attached it can be retrieved by selecting the object it is attached to & selecting from a list of documents attached to that object.
