Ardis, however, is still one of the greatest programs we have ever purchased. Both Amy and Matt (our two engineers) still tell me how great a program it is. We don't need much in the way of support, but when we do call, Angie always answers any questions within several minutes. I couldn't be happier with our choice in optimization software - keep up the great work.
